B. Self-pickup from Tai Wai warehouse (please make an appointment)

All orders placed online will have electronic receipts; if you need extra official doc(quotation/invoice/receipt) with company stamp, please mention in the comments when placing the order or contact us for enquiries.

1. The delivery period for products in stock is 0-7 days; for pre-ordered products, the delivery period is uncertain. Welcome to inquire us for details.

2. The color and style of the product will be distributed randomly; but if the customer has any requirements for the color/style, please fill it in the description. If there is stock, Wayshk will try to satisfy your request.  If you are not satisfied with the color or style after delivery, we do not accept exchange/refund. 

3. If you accidentally fill in the wrong address and your order has not been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible to make changes. If shipment has been arranged for you, you cannot change your address.
